A snippet on the front page of the hard copy USA Today indicated — not as clearly as this of course — that more than “two dozen” major American cities reported not just breaking the high temperature heat record for the day, but they recorded the hottest temperature ever recorded since temperature records were first begun to be documented, for any day of the year, for any year, ever…
Since most other mainstream media reports on this historic event also did not clearly spell out (ignored) the significance of exactly what this meant — and rather tended to leave unwary readers simply thinking that only the daily high temperature records were broken — we provide below an excerpt which clearly spells out that the daily high temp was also broken, in addition to the all-time record…
Chattanooga, TN tied the all-time record of 107, set just one day prior on Saturday. This high temperature also smashed the daily record of 101, originally set in 1953…

No doubt some shameless outright deniers of global warming that have been falsely labeling the overheating global temperatures as a scientific hoax — like it just ain’t happening — will now abandon that mindless sinister tactic and convert over to the growing legion of ex-deniers that now proclaim that, well, ok, so the planet is overheated, but our dirty energy carbon fossil fuels that we sell have nothing to do with it, yeh, uh, it’s just that the global warming is “natural”, that the planet should be getting warming, like, uh, becuz the sun is getting hotter, or sumthin…
The truth is, unfortunately for all of us, exactly the opposite…
While it is true that there are “natural” cycles where the planet warms up and cools off over eons of time — involving planetary “precession”, the change in eccentricity of the Earth’s orbit around the Sun from round to oval as well as other lesser factors that vacillate over roughly 100,000 years, 24,000 years, 10,000 years, and 5,000 years — the planet has been and is in the “natural” cooling phase (for several tens of thousands of years yet), rather than the “natural” warming phase.
Further, the “little ice age” [sic] back in medieval times was a point where in the current natural cooling phase the global temperatures were descending to the point where the planet was entering what was a noticeably cooler era (but by no means an actual ice age).
The reason the planet switched from cooling to warming was that the escalating population of the planet had reached a point where it began generating increasingly sufficient greenhouse gases such that the cooling process was slowly — unnaturally — turned to a warming process, which was then hastened along by the start of the industrial revolution not long after.
Then around the start of the 1970′s, the skyrocketing greenhouse gas emissions reached a saturation point which triggered the increased uptick in warming of the planet over the last four decades, and all the adverse effects that have been spawned by it…
So, the new breed of wolfish denier is changing into their sheep’s clothing and blabbering that their dirty energy carbon fossil fuels are not clogging up the atmosphere and causing global overheating, that it’s all magically “natural”, so just go on burning their dirty energy products and don’t convert to clean, renewable energy.
Never mind the side effect of the documented deadly pollution that their dirty energy generates, because mainstream medicine, hospitals, big pharma, and the funeral industrial complex needs a steady stream of you lemmings blindly jumping into the abyss to make room for more consumers of the predatory fascist corporate capitalism of the social Darwinist 1%…
